Lisa Lea-Weston is an HCPC registered drama therapist with over two decades of experience in mental health and education. Passionate about helping children and young people live creative, well-supported lives, her career has spanned roles with Connexions in Oxford and the Parasol Project, before becoming Clinical Lead for People with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities at Devon Partnership NHS Trust in 2003.

Alongside her clinical work, Lisa has developed extensive expertise in professional supervision. Having completed clinical supervision training within the NHS in 2005 and a postgraduate diploma in 2017, she has gone on to support professionals across the education and healthcare sectors helping them navigate challenges and flourish in their roles.

In 2018, Lisa founded Talking Heads Supervision, now the largest social enterprise delivering supervision across the Education and Health sectors. She is dedicated to empowering educational leaders to manage the pressures of their positions while safeguarding their own well-being and the well-being of their teams.
