Chloe has worked in education for over 15 years and has experience of teaching in America, Greece, Myanmar and the UK across multiple ages and proficiency levels. Social justice and inclusion have always been priorities for Chloe who has taught English to refugees and continues to support the ongoing education of misplaced persons in Myanmar after setting up a charitable school project in 2016-17. Chloe gained a distinction for her NASENDCo and feels passionately about the SENDCo role acting as the advocate for the voice of the child in the often difficult legal discourse around SEND and EHCPs. Chloe’s current role is as Assistant Head where she is continuing her CPD by undertaking the NPQH qualification and expanding her leadership skills.
