Charlie Fordham

Charlie Fordham is one of His Majesty’s Inspectors. He is a qualified teacher and, prior to working for Ofsted, gained extensive senior management experience as assistant principal in a large comprehensive school. His whole school responsibilities included sixth form, staff wellbeing, pupils’ personal development, behaviour and attendance, and working closely within individual subjects to raise achievement. He has been an inspector for 5 years.
