She brings over six years of leadership experience and currently serves as Deputy Headteacher at Eastwood Academy, an Ofsted‑rated Outstanding school. Louise has successfully led across both curriculum and pastoral areas, and is deeply passionate about inspiring people, fostering collaboration, and empowering staff and pupils to achieve their best.
