Janie Inglis

Janie Inglis is Deputy Headteacher at Castledon School, a specialist SEND provision within the Zenith Multi-Academy Trust, where she leads on Quality of Education and Personal Development. A values-driven leader, Janie is passionate about ensuring education opens doors for every child, particularly those who need it most. She works closely with staff to create meaningful, inclusive learning rooted in the real needs of pupils, and is committed to developing leaders, supporting staff to grow with confidence, and sharing practical approaches that make a genuine difference to young people’s lives across all age ranges. She is particularly committed to improving long-term outcomes for young people with SEND, including confidence, independence and pathways into adulthood.
