Cheryl Allard

Cheryl Allard is the Headteacher Designate at Zenith Multi‑Academy Trust’s newly established specialist all‑through provision for children with SLD and PMLD, set to open in 2027. With particular passions for Early Years and SEND, she is committed to creating inclusive and aspirational environments in which children can thrive.

Prior to joining Zenith, Cheryl served as the Director of Primary Education for Bridge Academy Trust, providing strategic leadership across a diverse family of schools and driving improvements in curriculum, pedagogy and outcomes. Before moving into system leadership, she spent over ten years as a headteacher, following nearly a decade in deputy headteacher roles, all of which shaped a practical understanding of change management, staff development, and values-led education. With extensive experience of strategic trust‑level leadership and hands‑on school improvement, Cheryl brings a rich perspective on driving improvement and inclusive practice.
