Sarah has worked within the education HR sector for 12 years and previous to that has worked in HR and Resourcing roles since 2003. Sarah leads a dedicated team, which specialises in supporting education customers to fulfil their resourcing needs. The team is committed to providing a high standard of customer service and support to ensure their customers attract candidates to vacancies and ultimately find the right person for the job. The team work closely with all types of educational establishments to understand their requirement and ensure solutions are provided to their resourcing needs, whether this is through advertising; access to talent pools; the Supply Register or one to one support with redeployment. Sarah and her team know it is vitally important to find the right person for the job, so that schools and academies can provide a high standard of education to all pupils, resulting in better educational outcomes for the children of Norfolk.
