Dave Barrett

Dave Barrett is an experienced assistant headteacher at Ladywood Outreach Service in Bolton, he has worked in SEND for 20 years. For the last 10 years Dave has worked in an SEND Outreach role, supporting the identification and provision of a range of learning styles and abilities across hundreds of schools in the North West region. Dave is very passionate about inclusion and inclusive classrooms, where all learners are supported academically and feel a sense of belonging. Dave also runs Irlen Centre NW and has developed a quality mark for schools to work towards, celebrating inclusive classroom environments and curriculums.
