With over 20 years’ experience in mainstream, special schools and PRUs, Huw has dedicated his career to breaking down barriers and creating inclusive environments for all pupils, especially those with SEMH needs. A former school leader, he is passionate about supporting educators to improve behaviour, attendance and school culture, making schools safe and supportive for every learner.
