Maureen Yole
RPA (Risk Protection Arrangement) Stakeholder and Account Manager

Maureen Yole has a wealth of experience working in both the public and private sector. As a former Head of Business Support, Maureen has gained a broad knowledge of accounts, facilities management and HR skills. She also worked as an office manager within the construction sector for a number of years. On joining the DfE, some 10 years ago, she managed the School Experience Programme, working closely with schools and trainee teachers. As the popularity of Academies grew, Maureen moved over to the Academies Enquiry Service specializing in the capital and capital funding areas, whilst also holding the position of School Governor at her local primary school. From the Academy Enquiry Service, Maureen moved over the development and implementation of the Capital Data Collection Programme as the Project Support Lead.
In
early 2016, Maureen joined the RPA team to explore the feasibility of adding
additional RPA cover’s for Overseas Travel and Motor Vehicles. Having now
concluded the feasibility studies in these areas Maureen has joined together
with two other colleagues, Donna Harrison and Rhianna Hamer to form the
Stakeholder and Account Manager team. This team has come together as a result
of requests from the RPA membership, whom requested the provision of an
"Account Manager” as their point of contact.
